First of all, you need a tourist visa to enter Tanzania. You can complete all the formalities at the nearest Tanzanian embassy. You can also, what is more recommended, apply for e-visa through the Internet. There are plenty of companies which help getting e-visa. Simply tap in Google “e-visa Tanzania” to find the best one. Finally, you can buy a single-entry tourist visa at the airport. But please be aware, not all the nations can do You! If You are not sure please write to us.
We also prepared for You many useful tips that You should know before visiting Tanzania and joining one of our Tours. Prepare Yourself in the best possible way by finding more information on our blog here.
When planning a trip to Tanzania, it is worth remembering about vaccinations for diseases that do not occur in Europe, against which we are not immune. Although in theory such vaccinations are not required (not obligatory), in practice it is better to take care of your health and safety while traveling. It is worth thinking about it a few weeks before departure. Thanks to prophylaxis, we will be more sure that we don’t spend our holidays in the hospital. Please visit your local infectious disease doctor for more information.
Of course, you can go on safari theoretically all year round visiting different parts of Tanzania, but based on our experience, we can say that time from November until February, as well from May until September are definitely the best months for a tour. During rest time of Year expeditions may be difficult due to frequent and abundant rainfall. If You have any more questions regarding rain seasons in Tanzania simply contact us!
In case you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. If You resign from the booking before 30 days of the start date, we will refund You 100% of the amount You paid us! But if You cancel the reservation after 30 days before the start date, unfortunately You will lose Your deposit which is 30% of the amount.
You need to pay 30% of the deposit from the total amount to confirm the dates and book Your Tour. We need the payment after You buy Your flight tickets. The rest needs to be paid around one month before the tour starts.
The functionality of our website allows you to book a tour in a very simple way. Just fill up one of the forms! Afterwards we will contact You to set up all the details. You can also call us or write to us on WhatsApp.
We anticipate different situations so you don’t have to worry about anything. The guide who will pick you up from the airport knows Your flight number, and he will wait for You even if the flight is highly delayed
Your entry tickets to all National Parks already include basic insurance. We highly recommend buying additional insurance while being in Tanzania. Especially if You want to climb Mount Kilimanjaro or other Mountains You need to have high mountain insurance. If You don’t know where to get it please write to us!
We have never canceled any event yet! But if the cancelation is made because of us, we will refund You 100% of the paid amount.
In Tanzania You can exchange all the major currencies including USD (they accept only new USD printed after 2000 year), EUR or GBP. The best option after arriving in Tanzania is to convert the money into local currency which is called Tanzanian Shilling (TSh). Then You will be sure that nobody tries to cheat You on the currency exchange rate.
